M16 i smell attempt at modness

Generalsjg and EOM last week had the IJN harbor and COHO attacked them. COHO got to the
harbor tile with ~14 mins left on the clock and there was a mass crash in HA tile with 0
defenders remaining in the HA tile. COHO easily wins the HA as there is no defenders in
the HA tile. I was there defending and saw that first hand. Right after the HA the fleet
leaders from both fleets talk to TNF.

Fleet leaders agree that COHO will give up the HA next week to EOM and then COHO will
attack the week after that to try and earn back their HA fairly this time. However, Eom
attacked COHO this week and COHO didn't hold up to their agreement that they said in front
of mods and to the other (Eom) Fleet leader. I did not play in the HA, but clearly COHO
still holds the harbor.

In video games all people have is a person's word to go on as far as respect and trust. It
seems to me that the COHO fleet leader has lost that entirely on the Kaiser server. I
guess bans aren't needed since he is now recognized as scum as far as trust on the server.
That's pretty bad.

Agreed there needs to be enforcement of rulings... Otherwise fleets can do what
ever they want...
If a harbor is lost due to a glitch, that is a management issue. Henceforth
management should be accountable. I know the rules tip toe around accountability
and that is understood when playing the game. Understood, but extrmely frustrating
for the fleets that play by the rules and try to to encourage continued player base.
Again my apologies to CoH for my personal language after a complete loss of etical
behavior by there fleet.

Are you surprised no-one in this game respects the opposing fleet? Fleets allowing other
members of other fleets onto accounts for HA etc.

As for that incident, I made my feelings clear, if TNF aren't going to enforce a RULING on
the matter, I see no reason why any fleet shouldn't do exactly what they want.

From my limited understanding of the matter COH decided to not honor the agreement with EOM

Perhaps need a little more to go on? Also, it might be an idea to take the debate to the
Fleet Leader section if it is going to be heated.
