Lately I've noticed that there are an excessive amount of "Areas" in NF world that are not used, yet, NF has no where to conduct Harbor Assult missions. I purposely grew a KM Marine, and spent money on vetting and experting it, only to find out that HA was "postponed" until NF2. At the same time, they let you level these sailors, even though they are use less. If they are so useless, then why not cancel them like the accountants or ground crew? why let us keep growing useless saliors? Well thankfully I have a solution (or I would be of no use). You have many, many, areas of the "NF world" that are not used for anything (except maybe training missions-which you don't even want me to get started about). I counted about 10 useful areas, out of 21, so what could these areas be used for? Well... There are many Fleets (clans) that would love to have a harbor to call their own. NF has approximately 11 unused areas they could give out to Fleets to fight over. Why fight over 4 different ports, when the Fleet you want to fight has a port in say Area 9? The point is that there are 11 unused areas with 25 areas inside them (total of 275) that could be used to make joining a fleet (or creating one) worth it. Even if you kept 3 areas for the "Training Missions" that still leave you with 200 spots that could be harbors, controlled by Fleets. NF could turn this into a territory war type game as well as the current format it has. After proof reading this, it sounds like a lot, but at the same time I've seen much more programing go into programing something to tell you that your flight is reserved (trust me). At the same time I feel like I'm ranting. If this too much to ask? I just saw the "voting" telling you that it would slow the severs. However, I ask you this, "Could they get any slower than they already are?" This game is apparently expanding at an alarming rate for the current servers. After watching my school (Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University) try and keep up with the overwhelming server problems I wondered if there wasn't a better way to provide so many with such "primitive" service? Well I'll let you know after I've talked to some people, it seems like a simple service that should be easily taken care of. Maybe they need to read the about?
