PCLs:
IJN Dhonburi: Thai armored coastal defense ship Thonburi, which was refloated and repaired by the Japanese after being sunk by the French in 1941 KM Bayern: Presumably the 1889 refit of the armored frigate Bayern USN Texas: Presumably the 1902 refit of the predreadnought battleship Texas RN Tiger: Light cruiser laid down in 1941 and launched in 1945 (like Pensacola, Tiger gets shorted some turrets in its coversion to a PCL)
CV6:
IJN/KM De Grasse: Much larger than in real life, but it is the planned German conversion of French cruiser De Grasse into a full-deck aircraft carrier (Project II)
All of the BB6s are indeed made up, aside from Amagi, which is just backwards and too big compared to its real counterpart. There are also a few other made-up designs in the trees, such as the USN DD(X) Project and IJN Tsukikei.
I don't see that as a good reason to add more, though, particularly when there are so many real designs out there that are yet unused.
