I agree with the post that everyone should play however they want.

To help the team the most though, the scouting should be done by CL, CA, and the BB.
If CVs want to carry scouts they can, But, CVs job is mostly just controlling their fighters
and bombers, NOT scouting. Most CVS dont carry scouts. Make the ships that carry
scouts do the scouting, namely, BB and CA. That way the CV can concentrate on
keeping BB from being fightercamped, and bombing the enemy.

Also, the nelly had two underwater torpedo tubes. Why arent they modeled ingame?

SDE would obviously do what ever is simpler...
