Patch 1.316

1. Punctuating with comma (,) is added to the number insert panel.
2. Overheat gauge has been added that players can now check their overheat
status.
3. Value for soft defense at the ship information panel will be displayed at the correct
position.
4. Players cannot edit the smoke bomb SPR file anymore. (Players cannot log in to
the server if the players change this sprite file.)
5. Random number input system has been added when player selects the sailor they
have rolled.
6. Ship direction cannot be changed in Great Battle, Great Battle 2, Blitzkrieg, Select
Mode and Night Battle.
7. Trade System
- 2nd Seaman, 1st Seaman, Chief Seaman, Medic can now be selected from the sailor
search category.
8. Fleets now need more than 30 fleet members to declare Harbor Assault.
9. Message for guns below 11" at Great Battle, Great Battle 2 and Night Battle has
been modified.

Sailor line up function has been added. You can line up your sailors on waiting list
in following order:
- Nation : Sailors get organized by nation order.
- Class : Sailors get organized by Class order.
- Level : Sailors get organized by Level order.
- Exp : Sailors get organized by the amount of Exp left for the next level up.

Well, I didn't realize until now that the overheat recharge rate versus usage rate is a 1:1 ratio.
Now I don't really see the point of having 4+ engines as long as you can hit speedcap. All it
does is increase your maximum OH capacity. It doesn't help recharge one bit. The extra repair
speed might be a better choice.

It's not often I'll wait 4 to 5 minutes straight for my BB6 to fully recharge. I'd be a nub or a
coward if I did. I did a bunch of tests to see if I could affect the recharge speed with different
engines, different ships, less/more engies, sitting at idle versus cruising etc. I think the only
difference I found was between light engines and heavies. Light engines seem to recharge
slower but maybe that was a bad observation.

*Edit* Light engines make no difference either with OH recharge.

I do not see a performance advantage by the use of that HUD. Yes it gives a greater area
to see, but the bulk of custom HUDs do the same thing and they have been posted here in
screenshots and nothing was mentioned.

If by performance advantage you do mean you can see more of the battle area then yeah
there is an advantage there, but it does not affect stats and would not consider it a
bannable 'offence'.

Was this that much of an issue? Then again I remember buying a lvl 80 engie for 500k so I
guess some people need it.
2. Overheat gauge has been added that players can now check their overheat

Neat little tool, not exactly necessary unless you want to check to see if you accidently
triggered it or not.

Exploit fix I suppose.

Will have to roll some sailors to see what this does.

That battlehud is just stupid...

Custom HUD changes like that should be banned. They give a performance advantage.
Simple as. You aren't allowed to adjust sprites to get one.

Now, if you want to submit it to SDE as a possible change to improve the game, then go
ahead. But it should be available to all.

By the same logic as allowing these performance enhancing changes, you could have
gunlines with angles marked on; obviously you would have to reset the game when you
change ship...

V2 not sure how much u smoked last night but you missed one item in the patch. To avoid
confusion I have renumbered it to 0 in honour of V2.

1. OOOK... Now can we have a similar function to sort the ships in harbor the same way ??????

2. No more wrong prices in trade system :(

3. It wasn't that hard to do in the first place anyway ???? Can I trust this guage to show
the right amount of OH left ?????

2. How about adding the same punctuation comma (digit grouping) for the credits and points
stored in HQ and even for those that show ingame???

4. No change whatsoever... SD value is where it used to be...

6. The way this works: Once you like the sailor you have rolled (aka 15 potential 12
repair 12 restore ) you will get a window asking you to input a 4 digit combination within
30 seconds. If that countdown reaches 0 it will say you failed to input the right
combination and you will get a 2nd chance since you will get a new code and a new 30
seconds countdown. Failing a 2nd time will make the sailor window disappear.

Btw I love how the clock icon starts to move when the countdown reaches 15 seconds and
move even faster when it reaches 8 seconds. I'll roll sailors and fail at inputing the
code just to see that thing bounce around... Hella entertaining....

10. Don't remember what the message was (idk if I ever saw it anyway) but now.... An Empty
screen with NEXT on it..... FIX PLS ????
