Only thing that I disagree with is the T5 Scouts speed being nerfed WITHOUT All Fighter plane's sight range and engagement range being nerfed on the same patch. They should both be changed together.

For more details from the Test Team on a lot of what is included in this patch, check out the official test team overview of the changes featured.

Lol brilliant, scouts are going back to being cannon fodder. This must be the only level based game where level 100 planes > level 120 planes.

GG everyone.

Don't understat some things.

How much more fragile will be L2 aftedr the patch ?

Can survive full shot form montana or not ? (at close range). And why take 198 tons less spece after patch and saying taht it has more  space? That mean 120LVL lost base speed 23knot. (with  some bulge) :(

And why slovering slovest EBB3 ?

Thde decrase fuel for T5 scout is gerat (25%) i thing it is too much but i dont see rest aircraft chnage.

How big is base speed change for RM SS ? I see this subs is now easiest to speed cup.

Ie 80+ RM SS4 (3gold bar) has speed 40, but UK need 2 105 lvl eng to same wit 150+bets full experts.

It's even closer to being as fragile as subs now:

"Lion II Displacement and Defense
Before it was decided to remove the maximum displacement increase component, some adjustments were made to the displacement of the Lion II, which has been a bit of an abnormality for a while. While the component was eventually trashed for being unbalanced, changes to the Lion IIs displacement were kept as they provide a more balanced ship. The displacement change primarily results in the Lion II taking more damage than it did before, to bring it in line with other BB5s. It still maintains an advantage however, and the available displacement was fine tuned to better accommodate a 120 crew and bulge space, while maintaining the same amount of deck armor as it did before. The change to base speed was made to compensate for the speed lost by adding 10,000 tons of displacement to the ship, so you shouldn't experience any real changes to speed, although a full 120 crew might see an improvement.
Atypical of how things are usually done, this is a portion of the future BB5 tier project that is being implemented very deliberately out of sequence. All changes to the Lion II are subject to future change when the BB5 tier is examined in its entirety."

So, what this is saying is that the L2 is becoming even MORE powerful than it already was with higher level crews...as if it having great range, one of the fastest BB5s, and already being able to take more damage than other BB5s wasn't enough...

I think SD$ tonight is gonna bite way more off than they can chew, and they are going to choke hard, and that's not including all the people who are gonna quit/complain about the tuning system alone.

Acros the board nerf of aircraft fuel. CV players are going to love that.

To clarify;

The L2 will be softer, and takes more damage from shells than before, but still less than other BB5s.

The L2s speed is unaffected, although with a full 120 crew it used to go slower than intended, and this has been corrected with improvements to displacement.

The L2 will be able to fit the same amount of deck as before (or 0.1" less), and will more comfortably accomodate a 120 crew and bulge.

This is part of an ongoing review of BB5s and these changes are subject to future examination and possible change.
