The USN Sevastopol has an engine space of 73 which lets it use the BB IV engine with
48,400 hp.

The SN Sevastopol has 223 engine space so it can use the BB III engine with 174,000 hp.

How many other hull changes were made to make it so is not just the same ship hull with
quadruple the power?
