47 000 $ for a 1 series M? Damn that's cheap. Entry price here in Germany is 50 000.

more moving parts means less reliable... also mazda's rotory is very good motors, for
every 1 revolution of the rotor, the output shaft spins 3 times...

The worst part is that the mechanical stuff under the sheet metal is better on the face
lifted 3 and the new 6 BUT my god is the new body a bit... odd. At least the 6 looks
better in black because that hides a bit of the quirky-ness.

The 2 isn't bad, I would just rather buy the Ford Fiesta instead. It is slightly heavier
but better standard equipment and a better engine.

Indeed wethog. The first generation of the 6 is undoubtedly one of the best sedan's I've
ever seen. The new ones... eh.

@ferynir

My parents had a 1986 Mazda RX7 with a rotary engine and that thing lasted
forever. I drove the **** out of it in high school (and did some other things in it
that cannot be mentioned in here or to my mother) and it never let me down. I
believe the car had 350k+ miles on it when it finally gave up the ghost (something to
do with the fuel injection crapping out and it costing more to fix than the car was
worth). I still take my cars to the Mechanic my parents sent that old Mazda to and
he still asks me about it. He loved working on it and wishes more of his clients had
cars with rotary engines in them.

It was because of that car that I purchased my current car, a 2005 Mazda 6. Sure
the 6 doesn't have a rotary engine, but because that RX7 lasted so long is the
reason I got the 6, that and the 6 is fun to drive and looks great (well the newer 6's
look like crap compared to my model.). I recommend Mazda to anyone. Great cars.

The only thing I don't like about mustang's is that everyone seems to own one. Plus
factory power just isn't cool to me.

I've got a friend with a 10 second civic. He keeps breaking CV shafts because he can't
find any that are strong enough. I don't like Civic's but it's still pretty cool.

I've been at mosport before for the saturday night races, my dad actually used to race
around ontario and won his championships back in the 80's to late 90's occasionally. His
name was Mike Small...i don't know what he raced but he has a lot of trophies >.>
