you're right psycho. If you want to get the deutschland, I strongly suggest b/v/e ing
your gunners. If you don't at least boost the gunners, good luck hitting anyone.

If you choose the Hipper (I chose hipper, then switched to deutschland, then went
back to hipper), you may not like it, but trust me, when you get to the bb's, it really
pays off to choose the hipper.

i went with the Deuchland...and i never looked back i thyink i made a good choise.
BUT then i got the P project and i cried...its just BIGGER target.

I suggest boosting both of your gunners if you're getting Dland, I had Dland before it was
buffed and boosts helped me a lot in the level 50s.

I just got the hipper. And IMHO the hipper is just a bigger and slower Mpro. Carry about
the same guns, do about same dmg. It was quite a disappointment for me. I get more atk in
my Mpro then Hipper. i am thinking about a BO reset to try the Dland.

deutchland.. but the gunner lv must be big.. so he wont shoot to spread..
