im currently grinding for ss1 an have gotten to the last cl.

am i simply supposed to freeload off of communist exp till ss1 or what?

We just "friendly" competed between us to see who got each tier first. Honestly, they just
wanted to ruin my grind :p

Finally, we all get them before everyone else.

Regarding the splash damage, I'm guessing it might be because FR stats here are still
using NFKR stats.

Lan_EX I noticed it with my DD, torps I thought I had evaded or that other ships looked to
have evaded still take tremendous damage from the torps exploding.

This could possibly just be my imagination, but maybe some of you will agree with
me. It seems to me that the MN subs take damage at a slightly slower rate when crit
diving then other nations. Anyone willing to test this? Thoughts?
