Give the ability to cancel a flight of planes

Stryder	Hey guys, I was playing in my CV earlyer today and loaded a set of tbs instead of Fighters so i had to wait till they loaded and launched them and by that time all the enemy fighters had gone home and i got nothin. So i got the idea of the ability to cancel a flight of planes. It would be a simple thing to implement but it would be very usful in a game. ^^^^^ Stryder's uber photo shop skills : P Note the new "Abort" button

Hey guys,

I was playing in my CV earlyer today and loaded a set of tbs instead of Fighters so i had
to wait till they loaded and launched them and by that time all the enemy fighters had
gone home and i got nothin. So i got the idea of the ability to cancel a flight of planes.
It would be a simple thing to implement but it would be very usful in a game.

snailgod	Well, it's already necroed, so I might as well join in. Even though it has been years since OP and there have been a myriad of reccs, I still love this idea and hope to get it implemented, but I would change it. Instead of being abort immediately, there should be a set abort time that each plane takes to abort. Maybe 1/2 ready time is the abort time. This will create a point of time in your launch of no return, or the time where it will take more time just to finish readying them than canceling them. This will cause CVs to think if it is worth it or not to cancel, and not, "oh crap, immediate abort time." recc'd

Couga_G	I dunno, seems like you need more than 1.5 years to add an Abort Aircraft Loading button to the game.

flamedexter	this could be the simplest addon for NF and the most helpful for CV users. But it seems they are having hard time implementing it.
