It doesn't matter what your speed is as long as it's fast enough to get a defender's advantage. It doesn't matter if you get outspeed by everything if you're a brick wall that can't be rushed, because the instant someone rushes you, you can drop a cripple shot on them. With soviet accuracy, this can definitely be done. And you do have the speed to avoid the first shot as well. Granted, it'll be hard to do actual damage with this SN style if your opponent is actively avoiding you, but such a ship already contributes a boatload to your team in terms of what it can do.
You probably can push the soviet's, but to be quite honest, the amount of firepower they have the amount of effort you need to do it compared to the amount of effort they need to defend is so skewed it's stupid.
So maybe you're like, then just force SNs into 1v2 situations! But no, a ship that requires balancing like that is already imbalanced, no matter how you look at it.
I'm not actually saying this about any particular SN BB though, because I need to get a good look at them more. However, I'm just going to highlight some basic flaws with what is outlined as "range" and "power". Every SN BB is going to be either overpowered, or slightly underpowered at best...
