  • Who teach you that FLAG shoud be back?

Any NF rule metion the CV FLAG should go back , go back . It with out freedom.

last week , I often be flag. I run near BB battle line for suppurt shoot down enemy
planes with local FT but BB order to me to go back!

The Flag meaning commander, right? If not, pls advice us the better meaning of
FLAG.

anyway, i think Flag should be commander, but players not ever think flag is
commander and give many order to FLAG as a FLAG is his son.
But that isn't me.
The flag should give orders to other player instead other player orders to flag.

one battle I be flag and control north group.
I try to push BB go forward (dont back) untill I got win.
And that battle , I get new history of NF that I(FLAG) meet enemy Flag at center of
map. Ha Ha, no have any appointment. after enemy BB was sunk by our BB team
with I command them to go forward( my tactics ) I try to rush forward for lead the BB
to follow us. also escort BB to cover.(I know my flag was modify good with high
speed and small shape, I have power of turn force ,so I can do like this) nice BBs
agree my plan and go with us.
So enemy BB north sunk all. and I found enemy FLAG is alone and going to me.
I tell our BB that don't sink him. until my ship(FLAG) overlap enemy flag. as FLAG
huming FLAG, Ha Ha

That time all player isvery surprise that meeting. Thank a lot BB that game who join
our plan.

That is nice time on NF. everybody may have a nice time, If they play with together.
NOT ORDER FLAG. If your Flag have leadership.

Some battle, I can't have a good BB. They order us to back and say noob.
someone tell us that is common sence the FLAG shouldbe back.
I tell him that common sence in 1942. now is 2011.

encient strategy have many a strategy in sea battle.

But in NF right now is very very boring under only 1 plan.
that plan is one group go north, one group go south. why you play like that every
battle?
as every player has been programed to play same and same every battle.

do you have sense? are you robots?
or you need win for get more EXP?
is EXP make you live better?
Is EXP make you brain better?
do you feel boring like me? let check your feeling.

as I take my Flag to play differance for more excited. everyone around me also
excited with what our flag doing.


Many differance tactic was play ago and success.

No rules said flag should stay back.

But if you are flag and you close to the frontline, you will be attacked easily.
If you are sunk when you are flag, your team may lose the game.
If your team lose the game, you may not get lots of experience and credits and
points.

So for your good , you should stay back when you are flag.

if you are just a small cv(1,2),then just don't go to the GBs, for you can't help much
and could be a burden to the whole team(expecially you are flag.)
i fyou just go in, then stay away from the bb line.
1 in case of TK
2 protect yourself well is the priority of the whole team!

@Blackgunner

I don't mean to disrespect your comments but you might want to verify the 2nd flagship
per team ship type. It is not always a Battleship even though It would make more
sense if it was but i agree with the rest of your comments. I only say this cause ive
seen kitas marked as flag when they are sunk and it shows up on the bubble window
and strangely enough also seen a dd as flag in a gb2 room and that was just a laugh
and a half.

i'm just glad he's not on MY server... and if he does come onto Kaiser, remind me to
either retreat if he's on my team, or rush/go BW-mode on him if he's on the other team...

@ thanajak: a Flagship's job is to stay alive. You are the most strategically important
ship. Games have been won and lost by a few stray shells, bombs, and torps. Oh and n00b
players. But no one listens to directions in GB2 nowadays (not that I'm sure that anyone
ever used to back in the old days). If u wanna give directions, start your own fleet and
then u can give directions all you like.
