Monarch

Everyone can feel bad about CVs getting so much blame and abuse but these three fine
examples brand everyone with the same brush.

The IJN and USN CVs sat at the spawn loading 8 local fighters or bombers on one pilot. The
UK PCV went to the north boarder to be gunned down last. None of them could be bothered
going south and none of them could be bothered to either scout or shoot down enemy scouts
or bombers.

Anyhow, those players are the reason why I give flak to the people that don't try. Back to
go raging at being in a constant night battle...

Remenents
First off, Monarch, you are fail and a crybaby like every other BB player out there
bitching about every CV that doesnt do exactly what you want. Yes, sitting at start
is not smart, but thats how they play. Oh, and thats not a PCV going north... just
saying.

Now, with that said, onto the last post:

"Any CV that is still at spawn should be allowed to be TKed.

1 CV goes North, 1 goes South, 1 stays Middle. Any CVs that deviate from this
should be removed from the battle."

Thats all we need, more people trying to tell CV players how to play and moaning
because they have a brain of thier own they use instead of being mindlessly
controlled by BBs players who are bitching and crying cause they are blind and have
no scout of thier own (ships that dont hold scout - Nelson - are excluded from that
remark). *sigh*

I agree the CVs should split evenly, but thats not how it works in battle. People are
people. They have thier owns goals, thier own minds, they make thier own choices
(thought they should be talking in chat with thier team).

And Finally:

Lionel, you make so damn fine points, and yet again, I agree with you. Playrs are
forever complaining about CVs this and CVs that. CVs do make or break a team, no
doubt, but with crappy BBs (like most players are now a days becasue of just
leaching exp until they reach BB3+), then CVs dont stand a chance. If you dont carry
your own damn scouts or shoot at the enemy when they ARE scouted AND blind,
then I am talking to you and maybe you should start over and NOT leach and learn
how to actually play a BB and stop bitching that "FAIL CVS! BOOHOO!" People like
you make me want to just TK the shit out of you when the game starts. Play as a
team, win or lose as a team, but dont sit there and blame us CV players. We can
only do some much... especially as this picture shows a 1 gold bar Yorktown... no
offense to that players, but his FC is basically worthless except to shoot down
Scouts. 90% of other CVs FPs will eat his without 1 loss.

So, what have we learned? Oh, PUT A DAMN SCOUT ON YUR BB and play as a TEAM!

As B for Barrett has said, the one in tips and tactics is comprehensive, and there is a CV
guide in EVERY national forum ('cept for SN). I've written a few posts on how to use a
CV 'correctly' (imo), however I'm unlikely to write a treatise entitled 'the Tao of CV's
according to WayWay' for public consumption...

The info is out there, forgive me if I don't spoon feed it you out of a silver platter...

Uh.... did you not look in the section called "Tips and Tactics"

This is stickied and called "CV Guides"

Looks pretty decent to me....

Edit - Link shortened/fixed.

@ Johnny Bravo - please explain what "team player" is. Is being a team player doing what
it takes to win? Is that hitting BBs with bombs? Or is being a team player not bashing
others around you.

@ Ewood - You are sadly mistaken. Please, go through the forums and try to accumulate the
knowlege you need to do things like bombing, scouting, managing your deck. You'll be
searching for weeks, reading bad info or outdated info. NF does not provide a manual on
how to run a CV.
