In regards to topic, a 1 harbor limit per fleet on Kaiser server seems ridiculous.

thats a good argument but seriously when was the last time vets was beat for a
harbor? I dont mean crashes, or de-syncs when 2 yrs 3? so you think its right that
vets will be the only fleet to hold 2 harbors for years, and let the rest duke it out for
the remaining 2, if SN and MN were open id sure see your point, but they are not

I dont think just because you want more that the servers should bow down to it,
now the servers HAs has been very active of late, why dont you let this play out a
little, before we start getting greedy

devildog with the 1 harbor limit less fleets can participate in attacking i can only think of
4 fleets that are competitive in HA sorry if i forget a fleet.

if they each hold a harbor it will be boring for them because none of them can attack
and none of them will face a good fight.

They should go back to the way it originally was with no restrictions. Made for alot more
HA, which is one of the few things still fun.

no one has declared on IJN either, bottom line is if there was a 2 harbor rule you
would just be sitting on 2 harbors and not being attack, or keeping it for years, so I
just dont see the difference, im sorry
