preferably hipper is better than a deutschland

Not tried the 4.1" "T" gun option yet on the DLand, but have had success with 2x
T4x3 and 2x T2x3 Torp launchers per side, on average get 1-2 kills in the start of
battle, and 2-5 ship hits. Only problem I have is I'm limited to one attack per side,
due to limited space for extra torps.

As said before you have to watch-out for the OneShot kill from other ships,
increasing
armour can help, but not match against BB's.

one thing i may add is the fact that the Dland can counter rushing DDs and CLs if the
player uses 4.1" dual normal guns (if the player has spare gunners) with a high enogh
level they can be effective against both aircraft and Destroyers.

I've been doing that in GB's with my Deutschland while leveling up new engies, and
it's worked out well.. Been getting 30-50K attack, plus shooting down planes. Of
course I do get one-shotted from time to time as well, but that's to be expected. :)

If you play the Hipper/PE right, you can effectively rush in GB's (I don't mean at the start).

Just hang with the BB's and cover them from small ships, and when the BB pushes, lead them
and fire on the enemy when they attack the BB.

id have to say, haveing tried both the ships from personal experiance. you can list
off details but all it comes down to i found is go for the PS line if you want to go in
great battles early. if you want to stay in BKs and waste some low level people get
the admeral. there done, easy. ( personaly i like the PS better because youll need
to get used to GBs later anyways )

edit: Ive tried the moltke as well and all i found is its just the d-land that launches
off 2 more shells whoopie. and same with the pbb(andria doria) is just a p pro with 2
extra guns AND the aa sucks compared to the p pro.
so over all id have to say PS line is the better choice

I played both CA(D-land and Hipper), and my experience is ... Take Moltke it is
winner :-)
