i wouldnt change the chance of getting a 12.
an improved window which blocks when a good sailor shows up or that keeps memory
of the last sailor would be enough.
never had a shortage of 12s with the actual system. bad luck can happen, but also
good luck can happen too and u could get 3 +12 sailors in 5 rolls(it happened to me
several times)...

edit: points are not useless, i waste most of my point in vet rolling, not in sailor rolling.
actually i seem to spend as much i gain and my point value is mostly the same(lightly
going down in the long even with cv battles) but i'm a player that actually tries a lot of
vet rolling

I think we should be able to set some parts manually (eg. acc. and rel.) for more points and 'roll' the
rest. Other idea is that we should totally change the sailor skill system: for example if we want
gunners then we should only be able to roll the acc. and rel. skills (and res. for SD).

Points are more or less completly useless above BB when you get them otherwise, aside from
wasting time training stuff to sell for more credits (which is gay)

I totally agree with this suggestion. I have spent much time on rolling new sailors that
have +12 stats but I just don't never get them. This new Roll the Dice system would be
really nice.
