I doubt we will see a bigger epic win than what Liverpool achieved in Istanbul

I rarely check my Twitter account, but seeing Rooney, Ferdi, and Owens and their drunken
tweets was pretty entertaining. Rooney took down the photo he took of him shaving a '19'
into his chest, which is probably a good idea.

The game was on at 5am for me, and the town I was at for work didn't have any channels
that carried it. Watched a replay online, though: wasn't too impressed with their play
(which can be said of a lot of their games this year), but a trophy is a trophy. GGMU, and
Giggs FTW :)

Lol Lucky?! Nevar! 3-0 down at halftime and Milan thought the game was in the bag. We've
come back countless times to get right back into the game and we did it that day. Jerzey
Dudek also played outstandingly!

Look for the 06 FA Cup Final between Liverpool and West Ham. That game was so nail
bitingly nervous to watch but we pulled through again thanks to Captain Fantastic Stevie G!

And i almost forgot.... we are the first English team to win the European cup...

We beat Benfica 4-1 in the 1968 final.

When you have 5 Champions League trophies AND do so in spectacular fashion like we did on
that beautiful evening in Istanbul, they maybe you might be the best team in England.

Congratulations to Man Utd on their 19th crown. But looking back, it could have all
been so different.

There's an unsung hero that led to the Red Devils' dominance that not many know
of, a certain Mark Robins. For it was he who scored the winning goal in a vital FA Cup
game in 1990. Had they not won that particular game, Alex Ferguson would
probably have been sacked.

Funny how a single moment could turn out to have such a massive influence on
history.
