hi guys, please someone helps me!

I'm trying to modify the room info's tab (wich compares when you move your cursor into a battle to see infos)...i found it in interface.spr file but when modded, it remains the original one when open game. Could be i wrong .spr file?

what is "room info tab"?
and can you attach the screenshoot what is "room info tab" so I can try it 
if you can't  attach screenshoot, just tell me ID or picture number and Name.
