I am sure that there is no other alternative method to get your account restored other than sending a support ticket.It is because only GMs can have the right to have your account data transfer from the storage to the Database.Also , your support ticket regarding recovery issues is being handled by GMs
What I can suggest you to do is to fill a support ticket again along with all the information required (eg:last time you login to that account , ships , crews , premium items....etc)
More information you give can speed up the processing time.
