Sounds like your account has been archived, this happened too all accounts that were inactive at the time of the server merge.

Please write a support ticket requesting your account being restored from the archive, and include as much of the following information as you can;

The server you played on prior to the merge (Nebraska or Kaiser).

When you last played.

Ships and crews you had on the account when it was archived.

How many credits and points you had, if you can remember.

Don't worry if you can't remember everything exactly, the questions aren't to know what to give you back, only to prove you were the original owner of the account.
