It's almost as good as KM who have bonuses to Aim Reload and Engine but get slow and hard to speedcap ships (BB5) and guns with terrible spread even with lvl 120 gunners.

They don't have to hit a full salvo to smash someones SD off and their HE shells go through any armor by default.
