What do you plan to develop it in? Web based, or standalone program?

Definately need base and ability calculators. Something for whole crew repair rate, speed, OH speed, OH time would be good for people.

Plenty of idea's. Other things such as ship stats would also be useful. 

I was thinking web-based for the benefit of LIMITED advertising paying for the hosting and the reduced need of bandwidth.
