what kind of ship or gun or nation? shoots in one specific direction and not scattered? or what should i do to make that kind of ship?thanks for all the help.

You probably mean UK ships. Some other guns on some other nations are also able to blockshot, but mainly, blockshotting belongs to UK BBs.
