Try a Jean Coutu. (warning only french canadian will understand that one)

And try regional forums, talk to people in game, join a fleet. You'll meet people fast enough :)

Join a fleet and install teamspeak to talk to them (if you have a microphone). great way to meet new people. choose carefully though bc some fleets have bad reps and if you join one you may have bad blood with another one. nothing too seious though. have fun and enjoy the game.

The great thing for V2 is, since new players start the game everyday, he never runs out of players around his
skill level to play with.
