Increase italy BB scout plane space

If your gonna take away the hit box for the italian bb3/4/5s or whatever to make them more vanilla like the rest of the nations,,, then redo the scout plane space so we can have at least more then the 3 scouts... IF you take away.. you should also give something back. It was one of the disadvantages of the nation, lets try to even things out please.

Will be looked at after the gun changes.
Taking away and giving something back is fine if they were balanced in the first place. RM was not.

Balance is a four letter word... that i could really care less about.. just dont know why this BB was only given 3 scouts, when all the others had way more.... If your fixing it... fix it all at once... why would you do it in sections?...anyway, i doubt you speak for nf, but id like to get all the whinners on here to start whinning about something. And as your not NF not sure if what you say is true, besides.. your not whinning.

There's no reason to "look"...It's a simple adjust, give more space to scout and its done.
