They ban IP anyone from NA... Unless you are actually from Japan or in Asia.

That error code showing is the one that is for blocked IP Addresses. VPN's do work but I am sure your account will be banned as soon as they realize you dont speak japanese

You will need a VPN program, however, considering most VPNs don't support Japan/cost real cash, it's not worth it.

after hours of try i finally made an account and found a free japanese vpn, but in the login the game crash showing a runtime error...i have c++ 2010 up to date but nothing...any1 can help?

anuvrat, only now i've see your picture, u have my same error  (4 20000), but dunno why it isn't showed  the string "runtime error", it isn't a ip ban.... i ve tried cheking the nexon website and i have found this
