How many pilots do you have?
Would count 4/2/2 FG/DB/TB as bare minimum. If you do not have the pilots, do not run your CV and lvl up your BO until you have pilots to match your lvl of ship.

5 pilots, lvl 45 torp, all the other are lvl 39- 44

It's your choice to do so but the nice about IJN is you could drop into a Mog Hybrid and play in GB.  This way, you won't be one of the "CVs" on your team and it will take a lot of pressure off of you.  While plane space would be limited it allows you to learn a bit more CV play before moving onto an actual CV class where you would be counted on to do more(In other words, get blamed for everthing that goes wrong).
