Last September 5, 2012 i level up a 2nd crew up to lvl 20from 8-11 pm i think(philippine time)but as i log in this september 6, 2012 9 a.m.the crew I leveled is gone what happened? is this a roll back?

Well you seem to be the only person with this issue so you might need to check if you went to the right harbor etc.
