Ahh you dont see the tactical advantage in that. 
Then all the nations some got an interest in how to beat USA in these type of operations while counter these moves. But as all teams always change theres tactic for diffrent targets you can prepare to counter these attacks.

Also if you show your enemy your defence (offensive and deffencive defence) they while know what you got. And if the price is to high to get what they want they wont attack you.

Simpel Swedish tactic right there.
