OK, we all know how annoying it is changing the rookies on teh BO to ajust teh guild lines, what if there was a way to have a lock or such on teh ship of usage to automaticaly ajust the BO's rookies, Vet/experts% or just the true skill of the BO.  I dont know how exactly it would work coding wise or exactly how it would happen but i am pretty sure it is possible.

Open to suggestions on how to make this possible
