can someone please define "newly registered"? Does that mean a month old, week, or does the account have to be registered after the event starts (ie. July 15). What about an account that have been registered a while back, but has never been played (all yellow sailors are level 0, 500k creds 500k pts untouched).

Registered population is about to double....

It states that "the account must be newly registered and meet the level requirements between 15th July ~ 14th August" so it would seem that you have to create the account on or after July 15th to participate in this event. Clarification from a Mod/GM would be nice, however.

I love this event it a big **** you to all the players who have played this game for a while...
I love you too SDE still waiting for this to be the bigest event of all time...so far Coin event 08 is still the best followed far behided in 2nd with the Coin event of the summer of 09 and followed by the event in the Christmas of 09...
