If you get this message trying to download the patch, try using a download manager.

I used wget and it went perfectly well.

1. Put wget.exe in a folder (i.e. c:\wget\ )
2. START > RUN > CMD
3. Go to Wget folder (cd c:\wget )
4. Type wget -c https://navyfieldusa-sdenternet.ktics.co.kr/Patch/Patch1323.exe
5. Download starts automatically and file gets saved in the said folder
6. Patch
