If you cannot click return for the pilots and you are still having this issue, try to hit the tilde key, which is the key above the Tab button, that might recall your planes if you cannot click the ready button.
Honestly it is probably a glitch where you might have clicked the up arrow while your planes were launched/launching (I've done it too a little) and it got stuck there without being able to change it.

My thoughts are just next time it happens, switch to the pilots that are having this issue and hit the tilde key, if that doesnt work then you may have to wait till they run out of fuel or die in a dogfight. =( (I hate letting pilots run out of fuel. =(, they serve me so well.)

Hope this solution works for anyone who is having this issue =( if not im clueless.

i use my scroll wheel on the mouse to load planes... I've scrolled up, even with planes launching before, and never had this happen to me. Usually what happens is I just can't see how many i have loaded, because the other pilot's numbers keep ticking down.

I'm really not sure what i did to cause this bug to come up. I haven't ran into again (yet), but i haven't been playing my cv a whole ton either lol. I kinda get tired of hearing ppl whine and cry about vision.

I don't have this issue either, i use shortctut to load planes and launch too, but this is kinda rare bug
