I suppose a great deal of discussion got done in the Fleet Leaders Forum.  Or not, how the hell should I know?  So let's get them fixed for real, shall we?  Here are a few ideas:

 

 

 

 

The overriding priority is that it has to serve North America the best.  The change in the order comes from a lot of prior suggestions with the idea that it should go around the globe from east to west.

 

Please, debate!  If it has some potential, speak your piece and give it a recc, knowing that anything publicly put forward by me has no chance of implementation.

I wonder why we cant have HAs over lapping in times, I dont  think its having as much issues as several GBs going at the same time why cant we have HAs, I feel most HAs can be done afternoon and evening hrs for better showings and more fun HAs

and like I said dont say its a lag issue, if you can have 15 GBs going on during HA you sure can have 2 HAs going on

just curious on this, but nice job rehor, and rec

If the harbor limit per fleet is still 2, it could create an issue with one fleet defending 2 harbors at the same time. If that limit is back at 1, then it wouldnt be an issue. Im not sure where the limit is though, its been awhile for me.
