   First of all, thanks for all the hard work.  Really appreciate your forum posts about the new ships.  Thank you and the team for all the hard work.  It is never easy to make so many changes.  Thanks.


    Would you please double confirm what you just said for good communication sake.

   I am IJN player and have been playing the Bingo event for the Hyuga

   For the winter event:
    I was expecting the Hyuga to be 3000 bingo points.  Now the new BB is an EBB3, the Mutsu, and the Hyuga is a EBB4.  

(1)    What it sounds like according to your last reply is the
    Mutsu will cost 3800 bingo points   and the
    Hyuga is 3000 bingo points.

(2)   This seems counter-intuitive as the Hyuga is the better ship.  I would expect

    Mutsu to be 3000 points   and the 
    Hyuga to be 3800 points.  
 
   Which is correct (1) or (2)?


   And secondly, is their any advantage of the Mutsu over the Hyuga except for its small size?  They have the same gun slots, so I assume they will both use the 16"L.  I don't expect to use armor, is the Mutsu faster?

Considering that SDE never speaks about tiers (not even when discussing test server information with us), Rehor's answer is the most accurate.

EBB2/3/X doesn't matter. If its a new ship it will cost 3800 points.
