The game thinks I've hacked it without making any effort to.  I tried the Hshield cleansing. Any suggestions?

Usually the Hack message is fixed by login to the game again

You should not have to do anything except for restart the launcher

The only issue is that even if I restart the launcher the hack thing pops up again. Also, it makes critical errors on startup.

Well you are going to have to provide a bit more info or description on whats going on.
can you paste the contents of the Navyfield.rpt file from the game folder here

It says when attempting to connect to update Server that there's a critical error. Then, it says on a popup: Error (30000030) (or something close to that). Then the hack problem starts up. Also, the Patch Download doesn't help nor does restarting as I said earlier.
