In the harbor my L2 has speed of 23/36 (my engies are a bit low level) however in battle
it goes 23/37 has anyone else experienced this? Is it just a glitch if so is it in game or harbor.

I've heard of this happening with other ships as well. Apparently it could be do with how the numbers are rounded.

Probably similar to the reason you can be overheating (losing your OH bar) but the speed dial isn't red.

yep happening to my alsace as well, my speed shown is 25/38 in harbor, but my oh bar decrease when i got 25 knts -.- lol and after oh, my oh bar don't recharge sometimes

F or V will do. O.o

just try to change your speed and it will usually recharge back.
