New patch 1.232 and a little talk with my ISP.

HS are simply failing 1 out of 3 times. Either it cannot connect to update server or just stalls. Ingame crashes are increased to the double and twice the amount of players are being hit with this issue now. Its completly unplayable with the increased lag. Face it SDE, your ISP suck.  My connection are decreased: ''Due to the ISP's violation of IP address your connection through and to that/those servers will be decreased and/or not able to connect in some periods when traffic is topping. Further more We cannot give any support in connection issues to and from those servers and any other servers that uses pre mentioned ISP'' That was the message I got when I couldn't connect to your servers but was able to whatever else.

**The Launcher just got more problems than the game itself now. Stalls, can't connect and just fails constantly. When the game finally loads the File checking just keeps me waiting for the world to end. I have tried to reinstall but it came with the same result. All 4 times.**
