I've had this issue without tabbing in and out of game at all.

i had not tabbed out or nothing, it just happened, i pressed all the keys i could on my keyboard, onlything that decided to work was print screen. normaly would of just left it at that, but since i did take a screen shot, i though i'd upload it.

That happens all the time.

Just restart your client, 3D Function On/Off is not 100% efficient with this problems.
