It might be that the new ship you'd like to buy has not been selected ("unlocked") yet on your BO.

Or is it a question of (lack of) credits?

at the bottom of your BO's sailor card you will see "SHP". you should already be familar with this because you have done it already to get to the ship you are on.

I have enough credits and clicked on the Atlanta class ship but it will not upgrade to the next level ship.

maybe its double click?

anyways a box should appear that says "are you sure you want this to be your next ship" (something like this)

the little "SHP" box should be flashing. if it is not check your BO level vs the ship.

The ship type is highlighted.

I cannot click OK. It does not highlight.

in your shipyard on the left, (blue box) where you buy your engine and FCS towards the bottom click "new"?

When I hit new, the old ships come up, lvl 26 DDX DD, the lvl 30 ship is not there.....
