remember 20X20 pixels and save as a BMP format, name the image FleetMark with the caps as well, save into your documents folder
drag the image into you navyfield folder after it is opened of course
go back into game, load radioman, right click radioman, click clan, see under bank it will say register seal, click that and you should get a good to go, if not it will say something like file size to big or something to that nature
if it accepts it, log out and log back in to see your tag
