The only way they should be made available to sell is if they could be bought for credits and sold for less than they cost to buy. The game needs crdit sinks not new credits.
This however is a good idea. Also at somepoint the game is going to crash because someone has too many of these in their item bank which they are not using, you know SDE have put a hard limit on the number.
