What we need is only two different rooms.
One is GB as always, and the other is a fleet vs fleet with some modifications.
As other actual MMO games they keep their popullation in two kinds of rooms one for begginers and ppl with no fleet or just for fun/lvlin,with no limitations (our GB) and another were they can challenge each other and play as a team (the new fleet vs fleet)
The new fleet vs fleet must be:
6 vs 6 (maybe 10 vs 10): in order to be played for every fleet in game and to make it highly tactical and fast paced games
It must have 3 different lvl caps,host fleet can choose between lvl 85, 100 and 120.
It must have ship class limits to max 2xBB, 1xCV, 6xCA/CL/DD,1xSS for 6vs6 or 4xBB, 2xCV,10xCA/CL/DD, 1xSS for 10 vs 10
The exp given shall be related to the lvl cap of the room. The amount must be a standard for every player in the winner team and also standard in the loosing team, only modified by the ship lvl and the prem accounts. For example u have won a lvl 100 game wich gives 20k standard exp for ur team but this will be modified by the ship lvl and prem accounts if available, so as long as ur team won the game BB players will receive a higher amount of exp than the DD players.
To prevent exploiting: u can play with the same fleet/team the times u want but it will give u 0 exp the 2nd and sucesive games, to get exp again vs the same team u must wait a certain amount of time (1 or 2 hours maybe).
This new system will lead to improve teamplay, and maybe to improve our league system or to create a new ladder system like NFEU did or other sucesfull MMO games.
This will not change HAs.
Blitzkrieg shall be capped to lvl 20 max.
WaW rooms still be the same.
