Could we have an item which will allow you to fix the mistake of improperly rolled and leveled sailors by converting them to an elite of your choice and adjusting all abilities?
-Item would 'repair' the sailor by bringing the abilities and potentials up to where it would be if it were a properly leveled elite. (no skipped promotions)
-Item would retain the level of the target sailor.
-No change to recruits/experts/veterans would occur.
If any of you have spent a long time leveling up sailors, just to find out that you screwed up from the very start, I can say, it really sucks, and was cause for me to give up and quit for a year or two.
