I think it would be very handy to have the above message not when you try to enter a battle room, but already when you try to leave harbour.
Saves quite a bit of time (and disappointment, when you can't enter a room that you need to enter quickly)

Cannot cuz HA.
Had it not been for that, I would have questioned the reason of having this message displayed and not just automatically having ships repaired. Auto repair meaning you are back to full even after a disconnect.
