  • Number of sailors allowed on deck

I think there have been some discussions about the allowed number of sailors on deck and I think it's always been a real inconveniet for people who has 3 or more nations with 3 or 4 bb6/cv6.

I'ts really very incovenient to go and put your sailors back in the HQ if you want to go ahead and switch ships since other ships are loaded with their respective crews.

One descent example is :

I'm playing on a CV6 and wanted to switch to my neb and then to my qv and to my ss5 game after another. It's not rather important why I switch ships game after game my point is, since there are at least 2 bb6 loaded with crews I would need to put the other crews in t he HQ for me to load a different set of crew in a different ship. Doing this a number of times everyday is a real incovenience and annoying.

Another situation is, you have your ships loaded up with crews and ready for battle now you bump into somebody who sells sailors that you are interested in. Of course since your ships are loaded and reached the sailor limits on deck, you would then need to go ahead and go back to your port, put some of your sailors in HQ just for you to see the sailors being sold and once done, you have to go back to your port again and get the sailors from the HQ for you to get the sailors again to your ship and go to battle.

I think and I hope I'm not asking too much but this is rather a suggestion to atleast consider many players who has more sailors than the average guys and would like the simple convenience of loading all the sailors in their respective ships and simply pull the ship out of their port whenever we want to use that ship without loading in and out the crews from HQ just because we have too many sailors than NF expected us to have so.

I'm not really sure why it has not been changed for many years instead the hq system has been implemented and years after years, though not the same incovenient to most of the players but still there are problems being face by many like me who has more than 2 bb6/cv6 in a single account.

I'm not sure if there's a work around about this issue that I am not aware of so it will be great if somebody could enlighten me :)

I think they tried to increase the active sailor count on the Chinese or HK server once.

Since it was $de that tried the operation on that server it then died on the table.

So I'd rather not have them try it here, even though the switching to HQ is tiresome

its kinda annoying and tiresome specially if you have all your crews in one account.  if you have all the bb6, cv6, and ss5s  in one account, the bo it self will take atleast 21 sailors. if you have multiple bb llines on one nation that a possible additional 7 so 28 bo's. with 28 bos u can barely fit 2 full crew bb6.to easen it  i put my crews in bb5s and save it on HQ. but having that requires you to have atleast 10 pages of HQ to fit bb6(on a bb5) and cv6(on cv5)crews. if you want to put ss u need additional 4 HQ. So 14 HQ page extension.

If they chagne the method on discharing them from your HQ. for example the same as putting them in there would save a lot. And extent the number from 12 to 14 so that u can put a full crew in there in 1 go.

Two points to consider The 50 crew limit was base coded back in the days of transistor development.

When they tried to up it, crews were lost hand over fist, so given up as a bad idea.

HQ has a function for moving entire crews, it is called Deposit Ship. When you take them out, all crew come out pre loaded.

BUT

You need enough HQ space to store the ships on top of crew

Premium ships can not be stored in HQ (something I would like)

$DE want you to buy Olives, hence I think this useful feature of the HQ is left as the only good feature because you need to buy HQ expansions.

Another good feature would be to sort crews in HQ by nation or level. But as they can not even get the navigation buttons at the top of he screen in these forums, I do not hold out much hope. Reformatted on PC

I agree to this, if increasing standby crew above 50 would cause more problems, why not just allow bb6 and whole crew or premium ships to be placed in HQ.
