You could quit bitching about it since the only thing thats the same is the name and DP, maybe engines and FCS, the armor, planes, and guns are all different and those are the things that matter. You could consider it as buying a remodel of the ship for the second one, but youre getting a very strong ship twice. be happy SDE doesnt limit it to 2 6's per account or something like that.

Sorry for epic necro, but is there a chance for the UK and IJN to get their own (and not shared) ships?

I am with happymeal2 here they are totally different ships out the dp and name.

They could do seperate cv6s for IJN and UK but why?

would be nice to see all the CV6s, pbbs and so on with their own looks, sad that we can create a whole new ship lines and nations and fall way short of making one extra ship, sharing shouldnt even have to happen

It'd be nice if they'd make the ships have their own sprite. Not physically, just have each their own file. So we could make our own variations to it. Like I have a De Grasse sprite that is decked out with japanese markings, looks nice but it would look weird having KM planes launch off of it.
