i used to play this game about 5 years ago then i joined the real US navy. since i left i have not seen any type of advertisement for the game, and lets face it. there are not nearly as many players now as there was a few years ago. sleep has always been an issue for me and nf was somewhat of a past time late at night. but now when i log on at midnight or 1am pst, i find very few people online because well most people have a life but also there are just not enough people playing this game anymore. i dont want to say it is a dying game but its almost there. i think a few ads on facebook or something would be money well spent. and plus it will bring more of a profit towad nf. its really a win/win. more ads = more traffic and more $$. i feel like the only time there are a good amount of players online, is during the day when people my age (25) are working or at school.

p.s. i miss those huge maxed out GB they used to have. kinda hard to come by now. i know people would definelty love this game... if they knew about it.

This is SDEnternet we're talking about here. Are you serious?
But NavyField does have a good stake in Google. Type in "online navy game" and hit I'm Feeling Lucky. Whether they paid Google to do that or if Google thinks it's relevant, I don't know, but that's how I discovered this game.

This site (navyfield.com) lacks relevant "meta tags" to show up high/first on research engines.

2 minutes ago I did a google search with keywords "online navy game", navyfield was the fourth, not counting the two advertisements.

And the thing is, the first three results were NOT direct pages of online navy games or active/released games.

Webmasters need to add metatags to main page.

We must not be getting the same results. My previous search returned NavyField as the second result, no ads.

A search with the keywords "MMORPG navy game" will return a MMORPG.com review of NavyField. That having been said, though, NavyField's page doesn't appear til a long way down the page.

I doubt that advertising will happen anyway. This is $DE.
