I have come to the conclusion that since Lvl 100 and below players can't join WAW therefore the Honor Medal Drop should be removed

and will you feel the same way once you reach level 100 and can get into WaW?  You might say so, but I doubt it.

 

The medals reward those who make the effort.  If you don't want to make the effort, you don't get the reward.

 

I'm not level 100 but I can't wait until that day.  Man up buddy, it's okay.

I agree with celeste_morn, it should be dropped indeed. 
I think they should make it a reward for the effort you'll put in.
Based on attack or credits, but this should be different per lvl.
lvl 60-70 60k attack or 8k credits  for example..

BB6s should never receive a medal, no matter what 'master' score they achieved.

Cut the chances to win one, because getting 60k attack with a lvl 60-70 crew 200x should be hard enough. I think you really deserve them if you'll be able to get that.

Besides that it should pull up the skill level, so it will make the battle much more fun!

A very good proposition.

Well, this would not necessarily up the skill level, but the effort that players make.

1
